Flooding your perception is not just a body coordination but realization. Does your parts of the body shutdown? Or maintain?i.e.) Both hand dribbling drills.
2. Lateral movement
          Steph Curry prefers to go lateral dribbling to create space and shoot three pointers.  As opposed to most players go forward and create space.
       i.e.) Band resistant work.
