A couple of take aways from how to train like Steph Curry.

I was reading about an article about how Steph Curry trains and wanted to point out a couple of things that were unique and new to me.

1. Overload  --- flooding your perception

Flooding your perception is not just a body coordination but realization.  Does your parts of the body shutdown? Or maintain?

        i.e.) Both hand dribbling drills.

2. Lateral movement

Steph Curry prefers to go lateral dribbling to create space and shoot three pointers.  As opposed to most players go forward and create space.

       i.e.) Band resistant work.

And the bottom line is, you would have to keep getting better and improve no matter what level you are.
